Shionada Honjin

The Shionada-yado was located in the east of Chikuma River with mad torrent, which was a small post station of about 10 inns only. However, there were altogether three Honjin and Wakihonjin. Although a bridge was built over the river, flood broke it each time. So, people usually took a boat or waded into the river.
